These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ze Puzzle mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non‑commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.

Purchases, subscriptions & auto‑renewal

The app offers optional in‑app purchases:

All purchases are processed by the app store. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store; we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

User‑created content

The app lets you create puzzles from images on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you use. Custom images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its normal operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays third‑party advertising. Your use of the app in its ad‑supported form is subject to the ad providers' terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
