This Privacy Policy explains how Ze Puzzle ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile jigsaw puzzle game on Android and iOS. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts. The app and the third‑party services it uses may process the following:

• Usage & gameplay analytics — puzzles started/completed, features used, session length, and similar in‑app events, collected via Google Firebase Analytics to help us improve the game.
• Device & technical data — device model, operating‑system version, language, app version, and a randomly generated app‑instance identifier.
• Advertising identifiers — an advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, where permitted) used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
• Purchase data — the fact that you bought "Remove Ads" or an active "Premium" subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive or store your card or payment details.
• Push notifications — if you allow notifications, a device push token is used (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send reminders about unfinished puzzles. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
• Custom puzzle images — images you pick to create your own puzzles are processed on your device only and are not uploaded to us.

How we use information

• To run, maintain, and improve the game and its features.
• To show advertising (in the free version) and measure its performance.
• To deliver purchased content and honor subscription entitlements.
• To diagnose crashes and technical problems.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non‑personalized ads and to measure ad performance. See Google's advertising policies. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables advertising in the app.

Third‑party services

We rely on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing / Apple In‑App Purchase (payment processing).

Data retention

Analytics and technical data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and are subject to the retention settings of the services listed. Purchase entitlements are stored locally on your device.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

• Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.
• Disable push notifications in your device settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Uninstall the app to stop all further data collection.
